Quick Update - Mike's shunt was taken out this morning and he has two stitches there. They are also alternating him on and off the vent. In other words, he is being taken on and off the ventilator through the day...part time breathing on his own and part time on the ventilator.
The doctors are planning on trying to do the halo tomorrow. Of course, that can be bumped, but they are wanting to try to do it tomorrow.
