AM report:
Ericka had to sign the release for them to do the trach. Hopefully that indicates that he will be in surgery for the trach and feeding tube today

Stopped by the hospital to visit with Ericka today, but couldn't find anyone. We're still praying! It's hard to get in touch with you, so I'm glad Sharron has put this together for us! Make sure you let us know as soon as you need ANYTHING!
Ericka- We love you! We are praying for you and you're family. I can help with kids on the weekends if you need more help. I am sure Westley would have a good time with Elias. Please DO NOT hesitate to call me. We will keep praying.
Ericka, I just wanted to let you know that it's not just the local area and friends and family that's praying for you. I have emailed a link to this blog to all my personal "prayer partners" all over the country. We've moved 7 times in 10 years, so I've accumulated quite a few. Yesterday my daily calendar said this: "The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much" James 5:16

Dear Carter family,
My name is Mark Robinson. I work for AEP in Corpus Christi, Texas. I was recently in the Shreveport shop and I heard about Mike's condition. If you can tell a man by his friends, must be a really great guy. Everyone I talked to seemed to love him. Me and my family will be praying for Mike and y'all.
