This week's update
Just a quick update on Mike. This week has been a good week. I have continued to talk to his nurses several times a day. Mike does sleep a lot still but the therapist feels that his neck is getting stronger. Since taking off the neck brace last week they have been working very hard at strengthening his neck muscles. The nurse told me today that she can notice a difference and that Mike does not seem to lean as far forward or to the right. Yesterday, I found out that Mike continues to be able to identify objects when in speech therapy when put in front of him. When Abby uses two objects Mike can identify usually 3/6 times one of the two objects. If Abby uses any more than two objects Mike is unable to identify.

You are still very much in my prayers as is Mike and the kids. Whenever I feel low I read this, and think what have I got to feel bad about. Mike continues to amaze me with his will to fight. Isn't Our God Great.
That previuos comment was suppose to be my name. Tracy McCullin, I read where some comments had to be deleted. That makes me mad that some people have no love. As I alwas tell you, I'm here if you need me.

This is such great news !! Mike will get stronger/better. He has a definate will to live and fight in him that will bring him back. I was just wondering with all these improvements he has been making, is he still in the coma?
